Nobodys Harlequin

The late Nobodys Harlequin, he needs no introduction. He was imported into the UK from Germany by Lesley Thomas at Tresaison Stud as a young stallion and has produced some utterly incredible offspring for her there. Lesley has bred champion stallions and mares from him that have been exported globally. He has produced horses performing in all disciplines well and is proven to be greatly suited to most types of mares.

In 2020 we were lucky enough to be able to purchase the last stocks of frozen semen that Lesley had available here in the UK. We hope to do her and Harley proud with our breeding programme.

Harley was one of the very few purebred stallions in the country with 87.5% Knabstrupper blood. With the added bonus of being a few spot.

He was Graded with a 1st Premium in 2005 and performance tested and lifetime approved for breeding in 2006 and was Best Adult Stallion, Best Stallion and Best in Show. He has been assessed as both a Classic and a Sports Type example of the Knabstrupper receiving 1st Premium in both sections.

Harley is straight and correct with superb athletic paces, a deep girth and a solid 9″ of good bone. Being a few spot he is homozygous for the LP gene so all foals will be marked in some way. His offspring are confident, bold and easily trainable.

He has an extensive range of stock on the ground excelling in all spheres and are of excellent quality and good temperament.
